This Refund & Return Policy ("Policy") applies to all purchases of Elivion dietary supplement from Tloxorelphitvort via https://tloxorelphitvort.world. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and handle all returns fairly and transparently.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 30 calendar days of the date your order was delivered. Requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.
2. Conditions for Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be in its original, unopened condition, with the seal intact and packaging undamaged.
- The product must not have been used.
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) must be provided.
- The return request must be submitted within the 30-day return window.
We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not meet these conditions.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products with opened or broken seals.
- Products that show signs of use.
- Products returned without prior authorisation from us.
- Orders where the 30-day return window has expired (unless mandated by law).
For hygiene and safety reasons related to food supplement regulations, once the product seal has been broken or the product has been used, it cannot be returned.
4. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Include your full name, order number, and reason for the return.
- We will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days with further instructions, including the return shipping address.
- Do not return any products before receiving authorisation from us. Unauthorised returns may not be processed.
- Once authorised, securely package the product and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item dispatched, defective product). In such cases, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
6. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome of your return by email.
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned product.
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged in transit or defective, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery at connectuse@tloxorelphitvort.world with your order number and photographic evidence of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Consumers in the NWT may refer to the Consumer Protection Act (Northwest Territories) and related regulations for information on consumer rights and remedies that may apply to their transactions. If a conflict arises between this Policy and a non-waivable statutory right, the applicable law prevails.
This Policy is provided in English. If we offer a French version of consumer-facing policies for Quebec customers, the French version may prevail for Quebec consumers as required by Québec law.
